ADP 팀과 함께 지역 사회에 대한 Self Assessment진행.

사업 지역의 Social Context를 분석하기 위해서 
Partners와 Communities를 구분하여 평가

1. 파트너 선정

A.     Ethnic group

B.      Private Sector Service Providers and Local Business

C.      Local Government Service Providers

D.     Culture and Sports Groups 평소에 신경을 안 쓸 수 있지만 아이들의 리더십이나 활동을 확인하기 좋음.

E.      Non-governmental Organizations

F.      Faith Groups

G.     Local Governance Structures and Representatives

H.     Self-help groups - credit union, herders group, etc, …,

I.       Livelihood Group – Beekeeping, Gardening, Vegetable selling group

J.       Individuals in the community who are recognizes as have a key role in Child well-being

K.      Single issue groups – repairing a road, building a well

L.      Vulnerable people groups -

M.    User groups – Water and sanitation committee, parent committee,

N.     Geographic Groups – Local development group, development committee (Registered group)

O.     Community Service Groups– (unregistered group: informal)

P.      People-type Groups – Women’s group, youth group,

으로 나누어서 적어 놓고 사업 대상 지역인 6곳을 담당하는 직원들을 나누어서 해당 지역에서 활동하고 있는 생각나는 모든 그룹을 작성하여 벽에 포스트잍으로 적어놓기.

2. Key Partner 선정

적어 놓은 모든 그룹들 중에서 1. 월드비전과 관련된 그룹, 2. NGO단체, 3. Child well-being 관련 그룹을 관련 그룹으로 선정.
