③ Which ones does WV work with?
i. Quality of the relationship. 월드비전이 파트너들과 일을 하면서 어떤 관계를 맺어왔는지. 보스와 부하직원처럼 관계했는지, 동등한 파트너로써 일을 했는지 등을 알아볼 수 있다.
C. Community analysis
① Level of Empowerment – How active they are, confident
② Level of Trust - cooperation, 주민들이 서로 믿고 협력하려 하는지
③ Level of Volunteerism - Help each other
④ Level of Connectedness (type of social networks) - Are there groups isolated from any groups? Isolated groups
i. Individualism 완전혼자
ii. Isolated but linked with outside community 이민자들, 지방에서 수도로 올라온 사람들,
iii. Strong group - not connected in each groups 같은 지역 내에서 자기들 그룹끼리 노는 것
iv. Strong group - Highly connected each other 같은 지역 내에서 자기들 그룹도 있고 각 그룹끼리도 활발히 교류가 이루어짐
D. Staff preparation

Who is doing the work?
대상 Soum을 정한 후, 솜 별로 'Facilitator 1명, 기록자 2명'으로 나누고 평가 가능한 관계자들을 선정. 대상별로 KII or GFD 결정. (구체적인 대상설정 eg. KII일 경우 대상 이름까지) 평가대상 시간설정 + Target Objective 설정
재미있을지는 모르겠지만 일단 적어놓기.
